Even with the sale most prices are still more expensive that they are online. It's not just Bow, its every LBS in Calgary

Let me get this straight. You are willing to spend 30%-40% more just to "support your local business"? LOL. Guess what, I'm sure that they appreciate you and your money. I'm sure they know you by your first name and give you great deals huh? They must return that support in some way or another for you huh? Well I'm supporting myself. I'm not about to spend $800 (quoted by a local bike store) for a Chris King rear hub when I can get it for $400 shipped. Even with the low dollar its still a lot better. For me its more like "what have you done for me lately" and I'm sure they have the same mindset. My 2c.
